Payments
Advance payment is required to confirm bookings. The remaining amount can be paid on arrival before the start of services. During peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, etc.), full payment is required in advance. Online Corbett Park reserves the right to determine payment modes and adjust offers without prior notice.
Modes of Payment
- Online transfer via Net Banking
- Master/Visa Debit or Credit Card
- International cards and traveler’s cheques (foreign nationals)
Note: Any applicable bank charges for credit card payments will be added to your final amount.
Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges apply as per the timeline below:
- 30+ days before arrival – 10% of the tour cost
- 15–29 days before – 30%
- 7–14 days before – 40%
- 2–6 days before – 50%
- Less than 48 hrs or no-show – NO REFUND
Note: Safari bookings (Jeep/Canter) are non-refundable. Peak season bookings may have different policies.
Liabilities & Limitations
Any increase in taxes, permit fees, fuel, or guide charges imposed by the government after booking will be charged additionally. Online Corbett Park will not be liable for natural disasters, political unrest, delays, or cancellations beyond our control.
Important Notice
If your safari booking fails due to technical reasons or unavailability, the full amount will be refunded to your provided bank account. We strive for prompt communication regarding such events.
